NY HOPEline operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for alcoholism, drug abuse and problem gambling. Talk with knowledgeable, multi-lingual, experienced professionals, receive referrals to treatment providers and get connected to treatment facilities 24 hours a day. SAMSHA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) National Helpline

SAMSHA’s hotline is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental health and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations. All communication is anonymous and confidential.

Ulster County Mobile Mental Health

Connect with a trained counselor when stress, depression, suicidal thoughts, emotional trauma, or other mental health issues create a family emergency. The Mobile Mental Health team can respond to an urgent issue in the community, at home, or in school. Available 7 days a week from 1:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Help is only a call away. This confidential service is available at NO CHARGE.
